Exchanges & Returns

All Returns must be accompanied by a completed 'Returns Form'

We really hope that you are fully satisfied with your purchase, however if for any reason you wish to return an item, these can be returned under the following conditions:

• 21 day cooling off period •
• Item(s) received damaged or faulty •
• Item Exchanges •
    * Important: All Items must be carefully packed and returned unused and in a resalable condition with original packing and tags still intact. This also includes any Promotional Gift items included in the purchase. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on bespoke, personalised or custom made items & imported Furniture.

    A refund for the price of the goods will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the items. This excludes any import duties / taxes or shipping costs that may have applied when placing your order.


    During this period you may simply decide to cancel and return your order (either in full or partial) for a refund. The cooling off period lasts for 21 days from when you receive the item(s) and any item(s) not returned within 60 days can not be returned under the cooling off period.

    *During COVID-19 We have extended the return time so please don't worry if you need additional time just drop us an email and we will be happy to accommodate you.

    *Important: Please note that under the cooling off period, items must be carefully packed and returned unused in original packaging with tags still intact. Once the items have been returned and fully inspected, a refund can be authorised providing the items are fit for resale.

    NOTE: A refund for the price of the goods (less shipping costs) will be issued within 14 days from when the items have been returned. Unfortunately Returns can not be accepted on bespoke, personalised , Imported furniture or custom made items.


     We take great care to ensure that your items are packed carefully to arrive in perfect original condition, however in the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged or with a fault, please contact us straight away.

    *Important: Please note, this does not include damage or faults caused by misuse of the item(s) or failure to follow correct washing and care instructions.

    In the event that you have received your items damaged or with a fault, we will endeavour to replace the items for you. If this is not possible or the items are no longer available then a full refund will be offered.


    We do not currently offer direct exchanges for items purchased online, however if you would like to exchange an item for a different variation, size or colour etc. we recommend placing a new order for these items and the unwanted item can be returned within the 21 day cooling off period for a refund.


    We highly recommend returning any items via a registered, tracked postal service as Josh & Jenna Kids can not be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. Customer assumes full responsibility for returning the items including any shipping costs incurred.
