Customer Notice - Christmas Delivery 2025

CUSTOMER NOTICE 

We just wanted to give you an update as myself and the team will be taking a short break from the 5th December for 3 weeks as I'm recovering from surgery so we will be still operating but at a slower pace, So for more information on leadtimes below...

For anyone who has already placed orders, thank you! .. these have all been processed and have been sent out 👏

⏰ If you are looking to get gifts such as toys for Christmas you have up until the 5th December 1pm to get your orders in to be guaranteed to get it in time for Christmas as after this date my family will be flying out to support me during my recovery so there will be nobody back in Fashion City for the next 2 weeks.

🌟Orders for In stock items that are placed from 6th - 17th December will be dispatched on the 18th December & then we will break till the new year.

✅️ For all other items like Furniture & Interior products, Wallmurals  & Handcrafted Products, Banwood, Meowbaby, Jupiduu, Goki, Wild & Soft these will still be operating under normal lead-time and are not affected.

🚚 The cut off for pre christmas furniture delivery is the 8th December and our white glove assembly service will still be operating up to the 16th of December before they break for the holidays

We just want to thank you all so much for your continued support over this year and for choosing to shop with our small family business because without you we wouldn't be here doing what we love! ❤️
